Some products, including T-shirts, are produced to order and fulfilled on my behalf by Printful. This means your order may be manufactured, packed and dispatched directly by Printful or one of its fulfilment partners.
Delivery costs and estimated delivery times are shown when you order. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees and can occasionally be affected by circumstances outside my control.
Please make sure the delivery address you provide is correct. If something goes wrong with your delivery, or your order arrives damaged, please email me at sean@seanalexander.tv and I'll do my best to sort it out.
For international orders, you may also be responsible for any local customs duties, taxes or import charges.
I very much hope you'll be pleased with your purchase, but you have the right to change your mind about most goods bought online.
You can tell me that you wish to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, you're responsible for the cost of returning it.
You can inspect or try on an item as you would in a shop, but returned goods should be looked after while they're in your possession. I may reduce a refund if an item has been used or handled beyond what would reasonably be necessary to inspect it.
If you've paid for standard delivery, that cost will also be refunded when you cancel your whole order. Any additional amount paid for an enhanced or express delivery service isn't refundable.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that you've sent them back.
None of this affects your statutory rights if something you receive is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Discount codes and special offers may be available for a limited time and may apply only to particular products or orders. Any specific conditions will be made clear with the offer.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes can't be combined. I reserve the right to withdraw an offer or refuse the use of a discount code where there has been an obvious error, misuse or fraud.
I only use personal information where it's needed to run the shop, fulfil an order, deal with an enquiry or meet my legal obligations.
When you add something to your basket, the site remembers the contents of your basket on your own device. This information isn't used for advertising or tracking.

I don't sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing, and there are no advertising or analytics cookies used by this website.
